Looking for a strong minded individual to assist in managing a busy community driven Inn with hotel rooms. Must have catering experience and be capable of running busy public houses and B&B's..
Must have a personal licence. A food hygiene certificate is also a strong advantage.
Must be competent and able to recruit and train staff, prepare beer orders, manage wastage control, money management, be a proactive leader, efficient at time management and have great customer service skills.
Needs to have great ideas on driving sales and getting the community into the Inn!
This vacancy is offered on a self-employed basis. Must be prepared to relocate and live in.
